Depending on your enquiry or appointment, information may include your name, contact details, appointment history, payment and deposit details, consultation forms, relevant health information, treatment notes and correspondence. Please do not send sensitive medical information through ordinary website enquiries.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, assess treatment suitability, deliver treatments safely, maintain appropriate records, administer payments, and meet legal or professional obligations. We will identify and document the appropriate lawful basis for each purpose; health information requires additional protection and a suitable special-category condition.
Bookings and service providers
Bookings, consultation forms and payments are handled through our booking provider, That Time. Other providers may support our email, website and professional services. Their own privacy information may also apply when you use their services.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect information. Records are retained only for periods justified by applicable legal, insurance, professional and clinical recordkeeping requirements. Specific retention periods and any international transfers will be confirmed before launch.
