The perfect starting point for all new facial clients. We begin with an in-depth skin consultation and analysis, exploring your current skincare routine, lifestyle, concerns and long-term goals. Your treatment is then completely tailored to your skin on the day.

Your facial includes: double cleanse, ozone steam, extractions where appropriate, a tailored mask, finishing products and an advanced modality suited to your skin.

Following your visit, you’ll receive a personalised skin plan with homecare recommendations, professional treatment suggestions and guidance towards your goals.

Virtual Skin Plan Consultation

Expert skincare guidance from wherever you are. We’ll discuss your current routine, skin concerns and goals, then put together a personalised skincare plan with recommended homecare and guidance on suitable professional treatments.

Your consultation includes a follow-up review at 4–6 weeks to check how your skin is progressing and whether your routine needs adjusting.

This is a skincare planning service; it does not include a facial or an in-person skin examination.

No. We assess your skin and select suitable techniques for you.

Can I book a hydrofacial?

Hydrofacial techniques, including hydrodermabrasion, may be included in your bespoke facial where appropriate. They are not a separate standalone service.

Will I have every technique?

No. Each appointment is personalised and only suitable techniques are included.
