OUR PHILOSOPHY

Enhancement, not transformation.

We believe beautiful results begin with understanding the individual face. Rather than following trends or using the same approach for everyone, we consider your proportions, expressions, existing volume and personal preferences.

Our aim is a balanced, natural looking result. Sometimes the most appropriate recommendation is a smaller amount of filler, a staged approach or no filler at all.

TREATMENT AREAS

Small refinements, considered carefully.

Lip Enhancement

Hyaluronic acid filler can be used to add subtle volume, refine lip borders and improve the appearance of symmetry. We favour proportion and softness over an exaggerated look.

Cheek Enhancement

Carefully placed hyaluronic acid filler can enhance cheek contours, restore the appearance of lost volume and support facial balance. We consider your natural bone structure and proportions to create a subtle, refreshed result.

Chin Definition

Carefully placed filler may improve the appearance of chin projection and facial balance in suitable clients. The result depends on your anatomy and treatment goals.

Jawline Contouring

Jawline filler can create the appearance of more defined contours in selected faces. It cannot replace surgery or reliably correct significant skin laxity.

Facial Balancing

A personalised assessment of how the lips, chin and jawline relate to one another. Treatment may involve one area or a carefully planned combination, always with restraint.

HOW FILLERS WORK

What is hyaluronic acid filler?

Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally found in the body. Injectable hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are specially formulated gels placed beneath the skin to add or restore volume and shape in selected areas. The products differ in firmness, flexibility and intended use, so product choice and placement matter.

Results can often be seen immediately, although swelling means the final appearance takes time to settle. Fillers are not permanent, and how long they last varies with the product, treatment area and individual factors.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

What to expect.

01 · Consultation

We discuss your goals, medical history, previous filler, facial anatomy and what a realistic outcome could look like.

02 · Personalised plan

We agree the treatment area, product, approximate amount and whether a gradual approach would suit you best.

03 · Treatment

After preparing the skin, filler is placed using an appropriate technique. You may feel pressure or brief discomfort.

04 · Aftercare and review

We explain expected swelling and bruising, signs that need urgent attention and when to review the settled result.

RESULTS AND RECOVERY

What happens afterwards?

Temporary swelling, tenderness, redness and bruising are common, particularly with lip filler. Some asymmetry may be noticeable while swelling settles. The appearance usually becomes more representative of the final result over the following days to weeks.

Fillers are medical procedures with potential complications. These include infection, persistent lumps, inflammatory reactions and vascular occlusion. Rarely, blocked blood flow can cause skin injury or visual complications. We discuss these risks, our emergency arrangements and aftercare before treatment.

OUR APPROACH

Natural looking is personal.

There is no single ideal lip shape, chin profile or jawline. A result that suits one person may not suit another. We work with your features, explain what filler can and cannot achieve and never promise a particular appearance.

If you are unsure which area to focus on, a consultation is the best place to start.

AFTERCARE

Caring for your results.

Give swelling time

Avoid judging your final result immediately after treatment. Follow the individual recovery advice given at your appointment.

Treat the area gently

Avoid unnecessary pressure or massage unless specifically instructed. Postpone intense exercise, excess heat and alcohol for the period advised by your practitioner.

Know when to seek help

Severe or increasing pain, blanching, unusual skin colour changes or any change in vision require urgent medical assessment. Contact your practitioner immediately and seek emergency care for visual symptoms.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions, answered.

Will my filler look natural?

Our approach prioritises subtle results and facial harmony. The outcome depends on your anatomy, the product used and the treatment plan, which we discuss together before treatment.

How long does dermal filler last?

Hyaluronic acid filler is temporary, but duration varies considerably with the product, placement, treatment area and individual metabolism. We avoid promising a fixed number of months.

Is lip filler painful?

You may feel brief pinching, pressure or stinging. Comfort measures depend on the product and treatment area, and we explain these before starting.

How much filler will I need?

There is no universal amount. We recommend the quantity based on your features, goals and safety, and may suggest a staged approach.

Can dermal filler be dissolved?

Hyaluronic acid filler can often be broken down using hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. Dissolving is a separate medical procedure with its own considerations and risks.

Is filler right for everyone?

No. We assess allergies, medical history, pregnancy or breastfeeding, active infection, previous treatments and other factors before deciding whether to proceed.
