Appointments, deposits and cancellations
Booking your appointment
Appointments can be requested through our That Time booking system. Consultation and medical suitability requirements apply before any treatment can proceed.
Deposits
Our current standard deposits are £100 for anti-wrinkle appointments, £50 for filler and injectable skin treatments, and £20 for facials, unless otherwise specified when booking. Any deposit and balance due will be explained during the booking process.
Changing or cancelling
Please give at least 72 hours' notice for anti-wrinkle appointments and 48 hours for other appointments where possible. To cancel or rearrange, use the booking system or email robynne@royal-aesthetics.co.uk.
Late cancellations and missed appointments
A late cancellation or missed appointment may result in a reasonable charge reflecting the circumstances and the business's actual loss, rather than an automatic penalty. We will consider whether the appointment could be filled, any costs saved, and applicable consumer rights. Where required by law, refunds will be provided.
Clinical suitability
We may postpone or decline treatment if it is unsuitable or cannot safely proceed. Any fees or refunds will be handled fairly and in line with applicable law.
